Company history and information

Deleye Products is a family firm, founded in 1993, that produces fine desserts sold as frozen solid products, which are, in the main, supplied to wholesale dealers in the hotel and catering branch of industry. In turn, these wholesalers resell the products to hotels, restaurants etc. A few years ago Deleye Products also began to produce for internationally renomated restaurant chains and supermarkets.

Carlos Deleye, who sold his quality pastry shop to start Deleye Products, still owns and runs the company himself together with his wife Els. He's a qualified professional who has proved his talent in several national and international contests. He has various certificates to his name.

At its foundations, the company was totally unknown on the market of deep frozen products. Thanks to the personal dedication of the managers and the staff, the company grew so rapidly in such a short time that already at the beginning of 1997 new premises were built. Ten years later Deleye Products has 22 staff members.

In the spring of 2006 Deleye Products obtained the BRC Certificate, as a result of years of hard work and investment in quality and technology.

In Belgium, Deleye Products is very well thought-of as producer of frozen deserts and the company is growing very fast on the international market in the last few years. Deleye is exporting to 12 countries.

Very recently Deleye Products has started developing projects together with famous chefs.

Assortment

Deleye Products offers an extensive and innovative range of products. The standard assortment consists of a large variety of products : bavarois pastries, mousses, tiramisu, miserable, javanais, cheesecake, pancakes, individuals, round cakes 14 & 18 cm etc..

All the products are available in attractive and informative packaging and are marketed either under the brand name Deleye Products or under private label. Deleye Products is also dedicated to deliver the right solution for customers choosing exclusive tailer-made products. Following its market-oriented philosophy, Deleye Products constantly seeks new opportunities and aims at upgrading its existing product range with flavours that satisfy current customers' tastes
